SharePoint & Power BI Developer Position

The SharePoint & Power BI Developer designs, develops, and supports enterprise solutions within Microsoft 365, focusing on SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Power BI. This role partners with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable collaboration platforms, automated workflows, and data-driven reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, Data Lake, document libraries, lists, permissions models, and governance structures
• Develop and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to support operational and executive decision-making
• Gather and document business and technical requirements for collaboration, automation, and reporting solutions
• Build and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate workflows and Power Apps applications
• Create data models and transform data from multiple sources into usable reporting structures
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within SharePoint and Power BI
• Manage site architecture, metadata strategy, content lifecycle policies, and document management standards
• Troubleshoot performance, permissions, data refresh, and integration issues
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and support solution deployment
• Provide ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement recommendations
• Present dashboards, findings, and solution recommendations to leadership as needed
• Develop documentation and training materials to support end-user adoption
• Collaborate with IT teams on integrations between Microsoft 365, ERP systems, data warehouses, and third-party platforms
