Requirements

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• 1+ year experience working in complex warehouse & distribution environment preferred.
• Knowledge in the principles of warehouse & distribution management.
• Working knowledge in W.M.S. and Inventory Control Application required (Oracle application experience is preferred).
• Working knowledge of Radio Frequency technology including R.F. gun navigation and task management is required.
• Supervisory experience in training, directing, coaching, motivating, and executing a dynamic, fast pace warehouse team with differing levels of skill to achieve expected performance and quality standards.
