The Senior Facilities Technician is responsible for performing and leading the general repair and maintenance of the company's facilities and grounds with minimal direction or instruction. Coordinate the work of service providers as needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma with 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to use standard powered and non-powered tools, ability to work on a ladder
- Working knowledge of standard office tools and MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
- Knowledge of state's general industry safety orders that apply to facilities-related activities
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, while effectively organizing and prioritizing work
