Join PeopleConsulting as a MASTER PRODUCTION - PRECISION MECHANICAL PRODUCTION leader. Lead a team, improve processes, and have space for your own ideas. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating production, ensuring technological and safety procedures, and motivating the team to create high-quality and precise products.
Requirements
- Secondary education or higher (ideally in a technical direction)
- Experience in a production process as a master or team leader
- Ability to organize, motivate, and make decisions
- Natural respect and ability to communicate across departments
