Job Description
We are looking for a strong personality with a clear vision, who can build business strategies, bring new business opportunities, and lead their team to success. The role involves leading a sales team, developing and implementing business strategy, acquiring new clients, and representing the company at the highest level.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading sales in a corporate B2B environment (FM services or similar low-margin industry) for at least 3 years as a sales director with a team of 5+ people in a company with over 400 employees
- Proven sales results in acquiring new business opportunities, negotiation, influence, and delivering results
- Good contacts in the B2B segment, possibility of acquiring new orders
- Experience in FM or a similar industry is a significant advantage
- Excellent English is a must - daily communication with foreign management
- Czech or Slovak is a must - daily communication with the team
- Driving license class B - active travel throughout the Czech Republic
- University education - preferably in the field of economics
- Drive, strategic thinking, energy, and a proactive approach - we are looking for a results-oriented leader who wants to bring business, not a "manager by numbers"
- Ability to find new ways to improve sales processes and bring value to both clients and the team
- Long-term mindset - we do not want someone "for the season", but a partner for company growth
