The Early Warning Systems (EWS) Program Manager will support PIN's Cambodia Country Program to develop and implement EWS interventions, lead proposal development, establish relationships with government ministries and NGOs, and contribute to project evaluations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Disaster Risk Reduction or Climate Resiliency programming
- Strong understanding of EWS components and current projects and stakeholders in Cambodia
- A university degree in a relevant field (e.g: disaster risk management, climate change or similar)
- Strong networking, representational, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of successful project/programme proposal writing and budget development
- Proven experience in engaging with the private sector and government ministries at the national and sub-national levels
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- High ethical standards and ability to endorse principals of confidentiality, commitment to and understanding of PIN's aims, values and principles
