Project Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to support the Project Manager in the implementation of a project entitled “Recovery of Tigray region: sustainable livelihood through access to water and value chain development”. The position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day field activities, ensuring smooth collaboration with local authorities, partners, and communities, and ensuring timely delivery of project outputs in line with donor and PIN standards.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Agriculture, Water Resource Management, Environmental Science, Rural Development, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in field project coordination, preferably in integrated development, WASH, or livelihoods.
- Experience coordinating with woreda and kebele offices and leading community-based projects.
- Strong experience in data collection, reporting, and community mobilization.
