QA Manager

The QA Manager will be responsible for leading quality-related activities, communicating with corporate functions, and ensuring the production of defect-free products. They will also support the corporate and plant continuous improvement process, define and train plant personnel, and participate in corporate auditing activities.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of work experience in manufacturing quality control systems and procedures
• Statistical process control, structured problem solving, and design of experiments
• IATF 16949; ISO/TS16949
• Good English skills
• Leadership skills
• Departmental management and human relation skills and experience
• Technical drawing and blueprint reading
