Sales Manager (English/plastic additives)

The Sales Manager is required to maintain and build up Advanced Materials business within Vietnam in terms of both sales and gross margins. They will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with senior personnel in key customers' organizations and Principals' organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in chemistry, Applied Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales of the plastic and plastic additives industry
• Fluency in English
• Confident in leading technical discussions and be problem-solvers
• Strong communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal and networking skills
• Good interpersonal skills and relationship building both internally and externally.
• Possess strong convincing power and ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with customers
• Motivated and energetic personality, can-do attitude
• Technical services professional with strong interest in sales can be considered
• High degree of independence and work with minimum supervision
