Job Description
Dive deep into industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify untapped opportunities and refine our value proposition. Close Deals and Build Relationships and develop and deliver compelling pitches, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales targets while nurturing long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Degree, Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or any related discipline
- Min 3 to 5 years of sales and business development experience from retail, FMCG industry
- Demonstrated experience in business development or sales with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong sales acumen and able to lead generation techniques and negotiation strategies
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic, a hunter mentality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
