Provide quality customer service support, handle customer enquiries, perform sales order management, and conduct regular meetings with customers.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business or any related discipline
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experiences on order processing and delivery arrangement, customer relationship management
- Customer oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling customers inquiries and claims by emails and phone calls
- Able to take initiative and hardworking
- Possess Excel skills and knowledge such as, V-lookup, Pivot tables, and simple formulae
- Experience in SAP will have an added advantage
- Team player and also able to work independently
