Job Description
Customer Service Executive to provide quality customer service support, handle customer enquiries, perform sales order management, and conduct regular meetings with customers.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business or related discipline
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in order processing and delivery arrangement, customer relationship management
- Customer oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling customers inquiries and claims by emails and phone calls
- Ability to take initiative and work hard
- Excel skills and knowledge of V-lookup, Pivot tables, and simple formulae
