Job Description
The Finance Manager will oversee daily financial operations, supervise core finance functions, and ensure compliance with financial standards. They will also lead and develop the Finance and Accounting team and provide expert advice on financial matters to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification
- Minimum 10 years of full-spectrum accounting experience
- At least 5 years in a multinational company environment
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position
- Strong understanding of Singapore accounting and taxation standards
- Proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
