HR Executive (Payroll C&B)

Oversee daily payroll operations, act as a point of contact for payroll-related queries, and manage immigration and work pass matters. Participate in Labour Market and other Government related Surveys/claims. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field
• Min. 3 years of HR experience including payroll management
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, HR practices and payroll compliance
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Experience in payroll shared services and familiarity with Paymaster, SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll(ECP) system will be advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters
