Job Description
We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Support to provide in-house helpdesk and technical support to end users. Responsibilities include installation, cabling, and set-up of workstations, PCs, and printers, as well as performing software updates and attending to ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or IT related field
- 3-5 years of IT support experience
- Ability to work overtime
- Good communications and stakeholders management skills
