Job Description
The Operations Admin will represent the Company professionally, prepare quotations, and coordinate with workshops and contractors. They will also investigate customer complaints and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- GCE N / O Level / NITEC / Diploma
- 1-3 years of work experience in automotive industry/workshop preferred
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive, independent with positive attitude, good team player and able to communicate with all levels of staff
- Proficient in MS Office - Microsoft Word & Excel
