Job Description
Conduct bedside financial counselling for admitted patients, assist with payment options, and complete documentation. Assist patients with billing enquiries, collect deposits and outstanding bills, and perform daily housekeeping of reception areas.
Requirements
- Diploma from any discipline
- Good knowledge of CPF and insurance stuff
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with natural ability to interact with healthcare team
- Pleasant disposition, approachable, independent worker, have initiative and drive to resolve issues
- Able to perform 3 rotating shifts (includes night shifts, weekends and public holidays)
- Able to commit to 2 years contract
