Job Description
Direct and supervise production departments, receiving / warehouse / shipping and provide backup for Quality Director. Must process mechanical aptitude, demonstrated leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to support company goals and provide superior customer service.
Requirements
- Lead a team of assistant manager, engineer in establishing production processes, workflow, workplace safety / health and optimizing factory resources
- Confer with senior management personnel to establish production and performance standards
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering standards, component maintenance manuals and specifications
- Assist in development of new projects
- Coordinate or arrange all facility repairs
- Develop training materials and provide on-the-job training
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Plan and direct department activities
