Retail Associate responsibilities include customer engagement, sales, product expertise, store operations, point-of-sales transactions, team collaboration, and compliance.

Requirements

• GCE N / O level / Nitec in Retail or any related discipline
• A highly driven, positive, and outgoing attitude with a passion for tea
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a premium retail environment
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy store
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Comfortable working at locations such as ION Orchard and Jewel Changi Airport
