Job Description
The Sales Director will take full leadership of all sales activities and guide the company toward sustainable growth, focusing on developing the Modern Trade (MT) distribution channel nationwide, complemented by the General Trade (GT) and Key Account (KA) channels.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in sales within the FMCG industry, preferably in the snacks category.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, team management, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Open-minded, with high integrity and the ability to influence the organization positively.
- Proven experience in building and implementing distribution systems (RTM).
