Job Description
The incumbent will drive precinct planning efforts to support the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives to enhance community care and improve population health. This involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in the Singapore healthcare system and/or knowledge of integrated care models
- Strong planning, project management and organisational skills
- Meticulous with good attention to detail and numbers
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Pleasant personality and able to work well with others to foster buy-in and collaborations
- Able to multi-task
