Job Description
Drive leasing activities, source potential tenants, lead discussions, and ensure accurate management of lease contracts. Partner with the team to achieve strong occupancy levels and optimize rental yield through effective leasing and arrears management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as a team player
