Sourcing Manager (Furniture/Home)

Sourcing Manager position is responsible for sourcing category management, cost out, ship on time, and project management. The role involves assisting the Sourcing Director/Senior Sourcing Manager in achieving total company financial goals, identifying potential financial risks, and developing and strengthening vendor capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, 7+ years of relevant industry experience, and 3+ years of managerial experience. Additionally, they should have knowledge of manufacturing processes, import sourcing practices, and a strong supplier development experience. Fluency in English and local language(s) is also required.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in business or other profession in related fields
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience related to the retail market
• 3+ years of managerial experience
• Experience in International Business, Sourcing and Merchandising
• Knowledge of manufacturing process and import sourcing practices / procedures
• Knowledge of global supplier base and strong supplier development experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in English and predominate local language(s)
