Job Description
Implement and enforce security hardening standards for Windows Servers, perform regular security patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation, and provide L2/L3 support for incidents and change requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in technical support and system administration
- Proficiency in Windows system administration
- Proficiency in Linux system administration
- Experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Basic understanding of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and SQL
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Experience in software testing / UAT / LV process is a plus
- Experience in the system/application migration process is a plus
- Experience in ID management and CyberArk is a plus
