Job Description
Manage application releases, coordinate with external service providers and internal teams, act as first point of contact for system incidents, monitor system availability and security posture, support security-related operational tasks, perform troubleshooting and validation, develop simple scripts or automation, and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- At least 3–4 years of experience in IT operations, application support, or systems engineering roles
- Hands-on experience supporting cloud-hosted environments and web-based applications in enterprise or regulated environments
- Working knowledge of scripting or automation
- Strong problem-solving ability with good communication skills
