Provide regional technical support, troubleshooting, and training to customers and internal sales teams, as well as manage customer complaints and prepare technical documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in customer support, RMA handling, or electronics-related roles
- Strong communication and coordination skills with customers and internal stakeholders
