Job Description
Assist with site walkthroughs and coordination with tenants, carry out routine upkeep and minor repair tasks for building systems, and perform scheduled servicing of kitchen hood filters.
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in a commercial environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude, who is comfortable working overtime when needed.
