Job Description
We are seeking an IT Asset Management professional with 10-11 years of experience to manage asset lifecycle, create process documents, and analyze data to generate dashboards. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of ServiceNow, HAM, and SAM principles, and be able to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
Requirements
- 10-11 years of experience in IT Asset Management
- Knowledge of lifecycle management of Asset Management
- Experience in creating process documents
- Analyzing data and generating dashboards
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Tickets and CI
- Creating Knowledge Articles and publishing
- Harvesting process for Hardware
- Identifying and implementing cost savings and process efficiencies
- Collaborating with procurement and finance teams
- Staying current with trends and developments in asset management
- Driving the establishment and monitoring of KPIs
- Strong understanding of HAM and SAM principles
