Job Description
Ensures the continuous satisfaction of the customer after purchasing a product or service. Plans and builds the service organization of the branch platform and human resources team. Manages service fees and implements service policies and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics
- More than 5 years of work experience in electronic services
- Knowledge of electronic technology and service management
- Consumer electronics sales experience
- Solid execution, communication, and resource coordination skills
- Advanced English
