Corporate Development Associate / Senior Associate (Athens-based, on-site)

PeopleCert is looking for a Corporate Development Associate / Senior Associate to support their Corporate Development strategy, identify and evaluate M&A opportunities, and execute M&A transactions.

Requirements

• Supporting A-Z the corporate development team in sourcing, evaluating and analyzing potential M&A opportunities.
• Working with cross-functional teams to design and execute the full M&A lifecycle, including company, market, and competitive analysis; project management; negotiation support; pricing and financial impact assessment (such as financial modelling and sensitivity analyses); deal structuring; due diligence coordination; and preparation of transaction documentation.
• Preparing presentations and other materials for executive leadership and board meetings related to M&A opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with internal and external functions (e.g. legal, finance).
