Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to create exceptional experiences across web and mobile platforms, shaping seamless and impactful learning and certification journeys for our candidates and partners.

Requirements

• Academic background in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field (MSc level and relevant international certifications will be considered as great).
• 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
• Solid grasp of user-centered design (USD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Strong understanding and experience in building Design Systems.
• Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
• Proficient in Figma and its capabilities for design and collaboration.
• Knowledge of Web Development Fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation & communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork approach; team motivator, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
