Job Description
PeopleCert is looking for a motivated Trainee Lawyer to join its international in-house Legal team. The successful candidate will support the business across a wide range of legal areas, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, and contribute to the mitigation of legal risks across the organization.
Requirements
- Conduct legal research on legislation, regulatory frameworks, and case law
- Review, draft, edit, proofread, and translate a wide range of legal documents and agreements
- Support trial preparation, including drafting legal correspondence and handling filings with courts, authorities, and public bodies
- Track and manage assigned tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials using various office tools
- Assist in presenting legal updates, contributing to due diligence processes, and supporting the development of internal policies and procedures
- Advise on legal, regulatory and ethical aspects of AI systems
