Job Description
The Director of Facilities Management oversees facilities and operations for Tax Credit, HUD Senior Living and Administrative Buildings, ensuring effective and safe maintenance, managing budgets, and supervising a team of 35+ employees.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in facilities management
- High School Diploma or GED (Associates degree preferred)
- CFM designation
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
- Lifting requirement of 50lbs
