SENIOR RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISOR

As a member of the management team, provides oversight and leadership to residential programs, collaborating with staff to ensure quality direct services are provided to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Human Services or related area
• 1 year of experience
• Completion of and/or enrollment in agency Management Training
• Valid Driver's License
• Lifting requirement of 35 lbs.
• Physical agility and ability to react to emergency situations
• CPR certification
• Medication Certification
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
• Ability to lift and transfer individuals manually and mechanically
