Job Description
Production Team Members follow written and verbal instructions to produce product components, inspect for quality, and maintain production progress. Adhere to company procedures and promote a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Follow written and verbal instructions, including work standards and check sheets
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of the product for quality conformance
- Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts using basic hand tools
- Record production data in the computer system or on paper
- Maintain production progress concerning the production schedule
- Adhere to machine/equipment preventative maintenance plans
- Comply with departmental continuous improvement activities
- Promote and ensure conformance to company procedures
- Effectively communicate with management, direct supervisor, and associates
