Job Description

We're looking for experienced HVAC Installers to lead full installs, own the job from blueprint to completed walkthrough, and leave every customer saying "Wow!"
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid EPA Section 608 certification (Universal)
- 2+ years crushing HVAC installs (residential/light commercial)
- Deep know-how on equipment, electrical, refrigeration, ducts, and codes
- Blueprint-reading superpower
- Clean Illinois driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., conquer attics/crawl spaces, climb like a champ, and tackle any weather
