Requirements

• Define and evolve product vision of Frank in line with business objectives
• Build product roadmap and arbitrate priorities
• Identify growth opportunities
• Understand users' needs in depth
• Conduct user interviews and testing
• Translate user problems into clear product problems
• Write PRD/user stories/specs
• Work with tech teams and lead sprints
• Define and track product KPIs
• Analyze performance of launched features and iterate quickly
• Work closely with business, marketing, and customer support teams
