Job Description
We are looking for a Category Manager to join our Buying Department at Pepco, with key responsibilities including owning the Underwear category, implementing category strategies, and leading trading decisions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strong commercial results and have experience in Buying or Category Management, preferably in the clothing category.
Requirements
- Min. 3 years of experience in Buying or Category Management
- Proven track record of delivering strong commercial results
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and Office 365
- Advanced knowledge of English (min. B2)
- Knowledge of fabrics, print techniques, and production processes
- Analytical, creative, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator, team player, and customer-focused
- Strong planning, organisation, decision-making, and business awareness
- Adaptable and open to change
