IT Business Analyst

IT Business Analyst responsibilities include acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and product and technical teams, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and creating business documentation. The ideal candidate has a higher education degree, a certificate in business analysis, and at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. Familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies, product lifecycle, and iterative delivery processes is desirable.

• Higher education degree
• Certificate in business analysis
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
• Excellent skills in gathering requirements, modeling processes, and creating functional documentation
• Experience working in various methodologies: Agile and waterfall
• Familiarity with the product lifecycle and iterative delivery processes
• Experience in the retail industry and understanding of areas: customer journey, omnichannel, business models (desirable)
• Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with multiple teams simultaneously
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other backlog tools; familiarity with process modeling tools
• Basic technical knowledge: SQL, API, integration processes; familiarity with the cloud (Azure) is desirable
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Proactivity, self-sufficiency, ability to organize work, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Very good English language proficiency
