Job Description
Lead Compliance Operations Manager is responsible for leading the rollout and embedding of the compliance programme across multiple markets, driving the development of compliance policies, and monitoring compliance effectiveness.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in compliance, audit, assurance, or risk within a multinational organisation.
- Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks, including data protection (GDPR); experience in ESG or AI governance is an advantage.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, or enhancing compliance programmes in complex and fast-evolving environments.
