Job Description
As a Central Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process for services and works related to Property Facility Services, including market research, cost benchmarking, and monitoring trends in real estate services and materials in many countries.
Requirements
- Higher education
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in an international environment
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and technical services/facilities area
- Very good English language skills
- Ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with suppliers
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
