Project Manager II

Pepper Construction is a national general contracting and construction management firm seeking a driven, experienced Project Manager to lead complex work across its full portfolio of markets. The role involves leading projects from early strategy through closeout, driving financial performance, leading high-performing teams, and building lasting client partnerships.

Requirements

• B.S. in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
• 6+ years of construction management experience across diverse markets
• Experience in highly technical or fast-paced environments (data centers, mission-critical, industrial) is a strong plus
• Exceptional leadership, communication and relationship building skills
