Job Description
We're looking for a Senior/Principal VSE+ST Engineer to support new product introduction and product engineering process. You will be responsible for designing and developing value streams, manufacturing flows, and production layouts.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Good command of English (written and spoken), and one of the following languages: Vietnamese, German, Chinese
- Min 7 years of working experience in a related field or industry, with a proven record in new product introduction, product transfers, production line setup
- Knowledge of plastic part joining technology, e.g. ultrasonic/laser welding; automation technology; jigs/fixtures mechanical concept & design
- Good knowledge of Kaizen, GREEN BELT, or equivalent (Lean Six Sigma)
- Master of tools and methods (i.e. DMAIC, SIPOC, SMED)
- Knowledge of industrial sensor products would be advantageous
