The Account Manager role involves converting leads into traded clients, managing relationships with existing clients, and assisting with trade-related queries. The role requires fluency in English and another language, exceptional customer service and sales skills, and a strong ability to work as part of a team.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and at least one other language (Dutch or Italian or Polish highly regarded)
- Exceptional customer service & sales skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (including negotiation processes)
- Understanding of financial markets is preferred
- Proficient numerical ability; be comfortable working with numbers
- Strong ability to work as part of a team
- Desire and passion for continuous learning, improvement, and innovation
- Ability to live the Pepperstone values
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or similar would be highly desired
- Background working in sales would be highly regarded
- Experience with trading or learning trading strategies would be highly desired
- Experience with MT4, MT5, cTrader and Trading View software will be highly desired
