The Product Marketing Lead - Crypto role at Pepperstone is a critical position that requires an experienced marketing professional to own the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and growth campaigns for Pepperstone's crypto offering.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in product marketing, growth marketing or campaign leadership, ideally within crypto, fintech, trading platforms or financial services
- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable impact
- Strong product marketing fundamentals including positioning, messaging, GTM planning and launch execution
- Ability to translate product features into compelling customer value propositions
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social, lifecycle marketing and analytics
- Experience with CRM and lifecycle platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading products and the broader blockchain ecosystem
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Highly organised, execution-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities
