The Senior Marketing Tech Engineer role at Pepperstone exists to build, configure, and maintain the marketing technology stack, ensuring that all platforms and data flows are reliable, accurate, and aligned with business goals. This role requires acting as a hands-on technical specialist across core Martech platforms, with a strong focus on data quality, event tracking, integrations, and effective troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Maintain and optimise the Martech stack and data pipelines
- Configure and support Segment CDP
- Troubleshoot data integrity issues from Segment through to downstream systems
- Implement and maintain governance across events, traits, and GTM tags
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into reliable technical implementations
