Job description
Peraton is seeking an experienced Data Center Database Engineer to join our national intelligence program. The candidate will design and maintain databases, manage storage capacity, troubleshoot and optimize database functionality and performance for our clients' systems.
Design, develop, build, analyze, evaluate, and install database management systems. Utilize data mapping, data mining, and data transformational analysis tools to design and develop database. Investigate and resolve database performance and capacity issues.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge in Oracle database development with ETL and data migration to develop data conversion scripts. Strong communication, writing, presentation, and organization skills are also required.
