Network Engineering, Senior Associate

Role Overview

As a Network Engineer on the CBOSS 2.0 program, you will play a hands-on role in the design, implementation, and sustainment of voice, video, and data communications networks supporting DOE mission objectives in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, implement, and maintain voice, video, and data communications networks; configure and support routing and switching infrastructure; implement and manage VLANs, routing protocols, and TCP/IP network configurations.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) Q clearance
• Work is on-site with some telework
• On call after-hours rotation for operational support
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP
• Hands-on experience with Cisco or Juniper networking platforms
• Foundational knowledge of enterprise wireless networking principles and technologies
