Requirements
- 3 - 4+ years in program or project management within SaaS, consulting, or employee experience (EX); enterprise-level customer experience is highly preferred.
- Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven success managing multiple complex programs concurrently with high attention to detail.
- Strong relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance independence with deep collaboration in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Comfort navigating cross-functional tools and complex platform configurations.
