Senior Product Designer

Perchwell is a modern real estate listings platform that empowers real estate professionals with the most intelligent, data-driven, and connected platform in the industry. As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design execution of strategic initiatives, including rebuilding core workflows, and partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise-grade platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems-level thinking, data-rich interfaces, and high craft execution
• Experience building and maintaining design systems for web and native mobile applications
• Experience leading large product initiatives with significant cross-functional coordination and executive visibility
• Deep fluency in interaction design, information architecture, and design systems at scale
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in Figma and execution details
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence product direction through thoughtful rationale and user advocacy
