Bartender

Vespera on Pismo Beach is a luxury resort offering a unique guest experience. The resort is seeking a part-time bartender to work in the food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of beverages, recipes, and state liquor regulations. They will be responsible for maintaining the bar area, supporting restaurant staff, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Knowledge of beverages, recipes, and correct glassware and garnishes
• Knowledge and compliance of all state liquor regulations
• Must be able to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task efficiently
• Must possess excellent communication, follow up, and organizational skills
• Must have the ability to push, pull, bend, squat, and lift on a regular basis
• Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
• Must be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment
